Visión general:
Develop and implement of the necessary controls like: Control plan, FMEA and Inspection Process Sheet to guarantee the control of the supplier process under the specifications defined by the Engineering and Quality Management.
Analyze the Incoming Inspections data base and the key indicators of Supplier Quality and other information sources for feedback to adjust internal controls and the development of suppliers to guarantee the product quality.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Comply with the established quality systems (ISO9001) and OSHA (ISO45000) and addition to the safety guidelines applicable to his role of responsibility.
- Develop and implement the advanced quality tools: FMEA,
CP and IP for the AMSTD supplier base.
- Administrator of the SCAR's actions and Supplier Score Board to be able to establish corrective actions to solve opportunity areas.
- Develop the PPAP process with the supplier's new product and engineering changes applied to production parts.
- Establishes global actions and PPM reduction strategy of the supplier base through Kaizen events to establish comprehensive improvement plans for strategic suppliers and / or in red status.
Requisitios:
- Engineer Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience working as a Supplier Quality Engineer or 5 years as Quality Engineer.
- Basic knowledge on ISO 9001, Core Tools, Six Sigma, SAP & Metrology desirable.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
