Role: Solutions Engineer - WebReporting to: VP Strategic FinanceOverview:Incode is looking for a Web Solution Engineer to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge identity solutions in an enterprise SaaS environment.
This role is ideal for a versatile engineer with experience in web application development, backend services, cloud platforms, and IT security.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing web-based applications, integrating third-party SDKs, and ensuring seamless cloud-based deployments.As a technical expert, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting customers and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance web solutions.
You will work with modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue, develop and maintain backend services in Java or other languages, and leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable, high-performance applications.
Additionally, you will be involved in microservices architectures, containerization (Docker), and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis) to drive innovation in identity verification technology.Requirements:BS degree in Computer Science or in related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environmentExperience in various software designs, languages, and architectureFamiliarity with computer networks and IT security managementExperience developing web-based applications using frameworks or libraries like Angular, React, or VueExperience and knowledge of backend services based on Java or any other languageExperience developing scripting or batch processes with different technologiesExperience with HTTP client tools like Postman or InsomniaFamiliarity with cloud-based technologies platforms like AWS, Azure,
GCPFamiliarity with applications based on microservices architectures and containerization tools like DockerFamiliarity and knowledge of non-relational databases like MongoDB, RedisGood understanding of business processesExperience integrating third-party web or mobile SDKs is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skillsPassion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolutionUnderstanding of support organizations and key indicators that drive supportabilityProficient English, fluent Spanish is a big plusWorking knowledge of biometrics or identity software is idealProven track record of resolving issues and risks in a cross-functional and collaborative wayConfident,
