This role is critical in aligning business objectives with operational efficiency, with a focus on Customer Data Management processes in the Manufacturing domain.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth discovery and analysis of business processes and system requirementsDevelop and maintain EPIC-level backlog, ensuring alignment with project goalsDefine and align personas to business objectivesPrepare and refine Business Process Architecture (L1/L2) documentationCollaborate as a Data Cloud stream Business Analyst during implementation phasesPartner with stakeholders to recommend Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency and effectivenessRequirementsProven experience in business analysis with a focus on Customer Data Management processesDeep understanding of sales, marketing,
