_**Mission**_

Guarantee successful Projects implementations at CV SBU, using and improving MPS methodology to ensure reliable technical development, mitigating any potential risk during the execution, in terms of safety, timing, cost, and internal/external Customer satisfaction.
- **Functions**_

**For All Projects Portfolio**
- Provide technical support and insights during the quotation stage through VP, ensuring the project is protected in the main aspects (Budget, Capacities & Capabilities, Timing, etc.).
- Improve & Professionalize MPS CV Core Process System (Forming, Assy, Customized, Heat Treatment, Painting, Bundling, etc.)
through documentation Elements.




- Support to meet MPS requirements in all projects working together with the multidisciplinary team.
- Support multidisciplinary team during all project´s definition of SOW / RFQ for new equipment.
(Current & New Technologies)
- Customer & Supplier Technical Reviews for all projects that might need support
- Ensure and support the correct performance of the Process Verification Workshop.
- Align the standers and documentation with Adv Mfg.
considering the vision of new & current technologies
- Support providing expert technical solutions during the planning, design, development, fabrication, testing, and approval.
- Participate during process feasibility analysis, to demonstrate technical capabilities in equipments.
- Support Adv Mfg team on the quotation guidelines standards and practices creation, to use during VP evaluation and formal quotes.
**Specific Projects Assignment**
- Ensure the successful launch of the project assigned in terms of Safety, Time, Quality, and Cost via Metalsa Projects System (MPS)




- Plan and execute the project assigned using and performing MPS process and elements to ensure successful Client Milestones.
(Workshops, Audits, Governance, etc.)
- Coordinate prototype builds events meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Hiring and training plans developed as required (Projects and Operations)
- Coordinate all meetings with the Customer (internal and external).
- Plan the budget forecast and manage the costs of the project in conjunction with the follow-up and evaluation of the financial indicators.
(KPI's)
- Ensure the Lesson Learned implementation, best practices, and all Metalsa´s standards
- Control and follow up on the investment and programs for all the processes, doing reports of the project progress, in terms of quality, costs, and delivery times.
- Consult and propose alternative solutions to the development of the project or solutions when issues and risks are detected.




- Raise "Bad News First" and escalate as required
- Provide strong leadership, direction, guidance, mentoring, and administration of the members of the team.
- Ensure the interconnection and cross-functional communication is frequent and effective between all processes engaged in the project
- Ensure effective communication with the plant to ensure that everyone is treated the same, ensuring rapid decisions accurately.
- Support quotes for Engineering Changes (scope changes) during the development.
- Take calculated risks to "Fail Fast, Recover Fast and Recover Faster".
- Support in negotiations with the Purchasing area.
- **REQUIREMENTS**_

Professional Certificate bachelor's degree in Engineering.
English 90%

Availability to travel (Visa and Passport).
- Automotive industry or mechanical metal.




- Experience in an Operative / Manufacturing Role (5+ years).
- Experience in Project Management (3 to 5 years).
**Knowledge**
- Manufacturing Processes.
(Forming and Assy) - Desirable (Painting, Heat Treatment & Punching.)
- Drawing Interpretations.
- Knowledge about Computer Assisted Design (AutoCAD, Solid Works, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Analytical problem-solving
