We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager for our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform, dedicated to driving business development in the Mexican market.
Key responsibilities include cultivating high-value client relationships, engaging Introducing Brokers (IB), implementing client retention strategies, actively contributing to marketing initiatives, and overseeing sales team performance and targets.
This role requires a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L;) of the region, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics within this competitive landscape.
What will you do in this role: Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Mexican market.Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.Client Retention: Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Mexican market.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Who are we looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.Candidates must have an existing client & IB list.In-depth knowledge of the Mexican financial markets.Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Good Communication in English & Native language is a must.
