We´re looking for the next
**E-commerce Key Account Manager**
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Responsible for servicing, developing and managing a portfolio of accounts in line with the brands and Division's strategies
- Prepare and lead account/s negotiations
- Manage your account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process and ensure alignment in the joint business plans, to get the retailers' buy in.
- Create and maintain an online e-business plan and offline business plan: promotional calendar, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce and retailers
- Setting and achieving budgets for bricks and online channels
- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities for development with key clients
- Work closely with other internal departments (supply, category management, finance & marketing) to define the consumer experience and e-merchandising strategies.
- Build accurate forecasts and drive account results by planning all sales growth drivers accordingly.
- Assisting with strategic placement of all new launches and hero product focus with key clients
**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience as an Account Manager,
with strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills are prerequisites, ensuring effective working relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Your ability to build strong partnerships and working relationships with key accounts
- Managing account sales growth and profitability in line with the Division's objectives will be second to none.
- Your creative flair and attention to detail will assist you to create and implement annual business plans, considering all levers of growth, commercial agreements, marketing actions, education, merchandising and retail opportunities.
- Your commercial approach and digital savviness will set you apart as will your conviction and resilience to work within a fast-paced agile environment.
