**Job Overview****Duties**- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.- Maintain HR records and reports, and utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making.- Administer compensation and benefits programs.- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement.
**Skills**- At least 1 year of experience in hiring or recruiting (recruiting for sales positions is a big plus).- Strong talent management skills with a focus on building diverse teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.- Must have great internet, computer and phone setup.- Must be able to work U.S. hours, Monday - Friday (Eastern time zone).
