Company Description**Job Description**:SUMMARY: The Trade Compliance Specialist assists management in the initiatives, processes and policies to ensure global compliance to Import/Export law and regulations, in accordance with the Company's Trade Compliance Policy- Audit, track & trend import broker performance.- Classify imported and exported goods as required.- Address day-to-day compliance matters.- Partner with group business leaders to review raw material and equipment sources, customer locations, product development and production location changes, and develop business specific trade strategies to improve trade compliance.- Identify and communicate major trade issues, customs legal decisions,
programs and procedures to management and legal counsel.- Determine strategies to reduce annual duties and tariffs, and lead participation in programs**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree required.- Fluent in English, conversational.- 3 years import/export regulatory operations.- Must have proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change in a complex, multi-level -organization.- Export compliance knowledge.- Strong communication skills with business partners in all- Knowledge in:- Anexo 24 & 30.- IMMEX, CIVA & OEA- Operaciones Virtuales- F4´s y F5´s.- RGCEAdditional InformationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
