This is a strategic leadership position that requires a deep understanding of tax consulting, client management, and business development in a fast-paced advisory environment.We are not looking for in-house tax directors from corporate companies.
We do need a seasoned tax consultant with proven experience in tax advisory within consulting firms.If you are an expert in complex tax structuring, compliance,



and international regulations and have a passion for delivering top-tier tax solutions to clients, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and expand the tax consulting practice, ensuring top-tier advisory services for clients.Provide strategic corporate and international tax solutions for a diverse client portfolio.Oversee tax structuring, M&A; transactions, corporate restructurings, and international tax compliance.Manage complex engagements, including Due Diligence, IFRIC 23, and FIN48 applications.Drive business development efforts, identifying and securing new client opportunities.Represent the firm in high-level client negotiations and executive meetings.Ensure compliance with Mexican tax law, international treaties, and evolving global tax regulations.Develop and lead internal and external tax training programs.Who We Are Looking ForMust have experience in a tax consulting firm (Big Four or boutique tax advisory firm).10+ years of experience in tax advisory,



with a focus on corporate and international tax.Strong expertise in Mexican & international tax regulations, MLI, and treaty applications.Proven leadership in tax consulting, managing high-profile clients and tax strategies.Experience handling high-stakes negotiations with tax authorities.Strong business development skills, with a track record of securing and managing key client relationships.Fluent in English & Spanish.Excellent executive presence, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.Master's degree in Taxation, Finance, Law, or related fields (preferred).This position is not for in-house corporate tax directors.
