Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

Drive continuous improvement strategy throughout the Transformation organization, Sigma expert that provides process design subject matter expertise throughout the design and continual improvement of business processes and operations. Works with Process Owners, Service Account Leads, Functional Delivery Leads, and Service Delivery Leads to create and support creating new business processes and improve existing ones.

Your Impact

As Transformation Assoc Manager your scope would consist of

Strategic Planning

- Take interest in the company’s planning processes identifying transformational opportunities and ensuring EPM connections and consistency across all processes.

Process Management

- Business Process Mapping.




- Contribute with an end to end approach in every project / program and it’s connection with the EPM
- Support our process governance.
- Coach, mentor and support colleagues in achievement of improvement activity and targets
- Support an integral transformation methodology through, a holistic approach, connecting and collaborating with: Project management, Organizational architecture, Information systems and Change management. Apply a holistic process approach ensuring the compliance and interconnection of the integral transformation methodology.
- Works with Process Owners, Service Account Leads, Functional Delivery Leads, and Service Delivery Leads to support creating new services and improve existing services.
- Work with Process Owners and Service Delivery to develop and/or improve processes
- Design and facilitate workshops related to process management and organizational design.




- Design and coordinate readiness assessment releated to process efforts.
- Monitor and measure process performance, especially on those that impact or contribute to the key indicators within the company’s scorecard.
- Design and maintain LatAm PepsiCo Process Taxonomy aligned to the EPM.
- Identify opportunities to improve the business processes.
- Promote the participation and effective communication of all the involved functional teams.
- Guarantee plans and action to minimize risk.
- Keep project stakeholders informed.

Change Management

- Support LatAm transformation toward managed by process company, through planning and operating projects/programs support.
- Act as an ambassador as well as the point of reference for topics regarding Transformation.

Org Design

- Support the definion of roles and responsibilities involved in business processes.





Qualifications:

¿Who Are We Looking For?

Education/Requirements

- Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems and/or Administration Technology Management or Business Management
- Certification or training on Business Process Management
- English and Spanish fluent professional.
- At least 5-8 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement projects across functions
- Black Belt Certified (desired)
- Demonstrated application of Lean tools
- Proven records in leading multifunctional team
- Proven program and project management skills for large scale programs
- Deep business acumen
- Advanced knowledge in Visio, Power Point, Excel, Word & Project
- Outstanding program/project management skills

Leadership:

- Capable to lead multifunctional teams to common objectives.




- Negotiation capabilities
- Written, verbal communication skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Conceptual selling
- Searches, analyzes and brings cross industries best practices into the business.

Competences:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with internal management
- Leadership of communication projects from planning to KPI´s follow-up
- Project management skills, tools and phases of project life cycle
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Searches, analyzes and brings cross industries best practices into the business
- Broad technical understanding of program tracking software with ability and enthusiasm to learn new online program management tool




- Working knowledge of Business Finance including key performance and financial metrics
- Demonstrates analytical ability to review large amounts of data and detail to highlight key risks, issues and questions
- Credibility and confidence to discuss high priority issues with senior leadership team members
- Solution-oriented and adept at multi-tasking across competing demands
- Demonstrates adaptability to cover projects in multiple disciplines
