- As a Supervisor II, Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of a skilled team of mechanics, installers, and repairers in providing top-notch maintenance services.
Coordinate work schedules, provide guidance,



and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
You will use your strong background in maintenance supervision and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling, assigning work, and monitoring progress.
- Ensure adherence to established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing professional and timely solutions.
- Monitor inventory and order materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance performed and costs.
- Perform hands-on maintenance work as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to address facility requirements.




- Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
**Work Experience**:

- Functions as a working supervisor of a business support team
- May spend a portion of time performing the work supervised
- Responsible for the results of the team
- Works within established precedents and practices
- Analyzes information to solve on-going problems
- Has 5 or more years of work experience
