The Head of User Experience & UI will be responsible for:

- Lead and inspire a team of more than 40 people of UX, UI, Researchers and Service Designers, creating a customer-centric culture not only inside its team, but also throughout Citibanamex Digital organization (Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Digital Client Insights, Authentication, Remote Account Opening and Portal).
- Ideate and define key initiatives to improve UX and negotiating with key stakeholders: attending/facilitating meetings (forums with senior management, business prioritization, sessions with the technology team for decision making)
- Empathize with our customers to identify their needs through user research,



design thinking/design sprint or similar methodologies for the resolution of the challenges in a financial institution.
- Designing, planning and monitoring the execution of a design methodology within Digital Channels (Mobile, Online, Messaging and Account Opening).
- Work closely with Segments, Products, Operations and Branch Network senior executives to align our priorities, design and define features and ensure a consistent end to end experience, based on data-based decisioning.
- Identify opportunities to create new experiences collaborating with Innovation to map trends and possible partners (fintechs) to provide solutions that could enable our digital channels to increase its usage, users' satisfaction (NPS) and digital sales.
- Improve our feature prioritization methodology, considering impact in NPS and Revenues, to increase the effectiveness of our backlog to meet our targets in all channels' areas.
- Negotiation across different teams/areas on how to lead the bank into the digital future (traditional channels "call center and branches" and new "mobile).
- Maintain design consistency between channels.




**Bachelor degree**:

- Creative Leader
- User Experience Designer
- Engineering Design

**Experience minimum of years**
- 10 years creating products that meet specific needs of end users, achieving greater satisfaction and better user experience possible with mínimal client effort
- Five years working in the financial industry (desired)
- Five years working in designing web and mobile solutions
- Five years making prototypes and testing with potential users

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Knowledge in research techniques of digital use and consumption patterns.
- Specialist in the design of interactive solutions and more useful and simple products to achieve greater customer satisfaction
- Design focused on improving usability, accessibility and user experience (customer journeys end to end)




- Ability to understand and take advantage of solutions from other industries and sectors so they can be adapted to the bank
- Ability to define, implement and guide user testing and monitor the performance of the solution when released
- Ability to constantly challenge the defined solutions and propose disruptive approaches
- Experience in defining patterns of interaction
- Technical skills to plan and generate viable and functional prototypes
- Creative and innovative leadership, great communicator and anti-fragile manager
- Ability to constantly challenge the defined solutions and propose disruptive approaches

**Technical knowledge**:

- Expert in field of user experience, visual design, information architecture, user testing and research.
- Desirable knowledge of the financial sector.

- Basic knowledge of design systems, databases, programming and interfaces
