VPX-447 - Spclst, General Accounting

**Key Responsibilities**:
Fixed Assets Management:

- Ensure all acquisitions and disposals are accurately recorded.
- Conduct regular audits of fixed assets and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of fixed asset reports for management and audit purposes.
Cost Accounting:

- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant cost data and ensure proper allocation of costs.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic cost reports.
Inventory Management:

- Oversee and manage inventory records, including stock counts and valuation including 3rd parties.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting records.
Audit and Compliance:





- Prepare and maintain audit worksheets related to fixed assets and inventory.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding asset and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably with a focus on fixed assets and cost accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with inventory management systems and cost analysis tools.
- Business-level English skills (speaking and writing) required.
