Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is seeking a skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to join its Community Advancement department.
The Community Engagement Coordinator will primarily be responsible for the moderation, posting and processing of various information and posts on Wolfram Community.
They will collaborate with members of Wolfram Community, outreach members and colleagues regarding various information included on Wolfram Community.
This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours per week.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring, contributing, editing and aiding with posts and comments on Wolfram Community
- Monitoring and assisting users of Wolfram Community,
especially those being considered for "Staff Picks"
- Performing and documenting outreach using various resources for contributions to Wolfram Community
- Following up with outreach members and colleagues about profiles, posts, comments, etc.
- Reporting and explaining possible bugs and issues from Wolfram Community to the appropriate teams
- Regularly updating Wolfram Community documentation
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently or with a team
- Previous knowledge of/experience with Wolfram Community is strongly preferred
- Wolfram Language experience is preferred

Pay: $7,480.00 - $10,285.00 per month
