**We will count on you to**:
- Delivering on complex projects, annual flex renewal projects, client projects, and Enterprise projects for a wide range of Global clients.
- Oversee and create robust Project Plans in line with DDM, working with team members and clients to ensure all project activities are accounted for and tracked
- Complete Projects Check Lists for detailed tasks that need to be completed within the project lifecycle
- Manage and track project deliverables
- Manage the scope of the design and build of solutions as agreed with the client during the scoping phase
- Track actions, risks, issues.
Ensuring progress on actions; mitigation of risks and issues worked through and understood by the team
- Ensure project level risks are escalated per rules defined in Playbook
- Manage to project budget, scope and quality
- Manage internal and client delays in a project
- Effectively communicate with team members, internal and external customers relating project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner.
- Delegate tasks and make team members accountable for their work assignments.
- Preparing system functional specifications
- Be responsible for the successful completion of testing the solution adhering to Test Strategies and Principles as defined by QAG
- Foresee any client escalations on extending timelines of a programme/project
- Collaborate with Squad Leads to drive efficiencies in delivery
- Identify process improvement where possible and seek out opportunities for improvements to the PPM capability
**What you need to have**:
- Proven work experience (4-5 years) in Project Management or comparable position, with demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
- Background and experience of implementation for an Enterprise software product
- Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees.
- Be articulate, as strong written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels both in English and Spanish is vital.
- Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused.
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and results focused.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

- Ideally (but not necessarily) knowledge in JIRA
- Strong experience looking at data and identifying risk
- Experience helping to improve processes and give feedback to the wider team and management.
