**What you will learn and contribute to**

Targeting for the role, you will be proactively planning and performing advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level to service the customer.
Prioritizing work based on customer impact,



and bringing expertise to customer site on need basis.
You will be learning and developing to be responsible to identify and solve proactively demanding problems and to communicate them to key stakeholders.
Participating as an expert in own technology area in customer projects, and supporting areas by participating in emergency situations.
Expecting from you to be active in networking and knowledge sharing and to be able to develop processes, tools and working methods.
You will be accountable for quality and accuracy of own output, as well as responsible for contribution to teamwork; understanding that errors may have impact on function/project/customer.
You will be usually delivering results with a short-term, operational focus and limited impact on others.
As an individual contributor to Team,



you will make decisions affecting own work within set parameters, reviewing priorities with supervisor.
You may also act as Team Leader or Project Leader with some indirect supervisory responsibilities in addition to own work assignments.
It would be expected from you to explains facts, practices, policies, etc.
to external and internal parties, taking actions which respect to the needs and contributions of others and reaching agreement through flexibility and compromise, managing situations where there is a common desire to reach solution within a team.
Sometimes your ability to influence others outside of own job area on policies, practices and procedures would be required, building cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset.
**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Computer, Computer Science, Electronics or related).




- Proficiency in Linux.
- Team Player and knowledge sharer, with fluent spoken and written English and Spanish skills, Portuguese is desirable.
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service and people skills.
- Flexible for traveling for customer projects and night work; with the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, well-organized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks, results oriented, and with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work and learn independently and proactively.
- Solid problem solving and analytic skills.
It would be nice if you also have:

- Prior experience (1-2 years) as a System Integration engineer on IMS-V
