The IT Business Unit Int Analyst is a developing professional role.
Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.
Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

**Responsibilities**:
- Tracks business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements; identifies gaps.
- Contributes to and / or creates internal communications.
- Works on mergers & acquisitions activities.
Creates and prepares reports, metrics and presentations.
- Utilizes good understanding of procedures and concepts in own area and basic knowledge of other technical areas.
Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives.
- Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams.
Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of experience in a technology planning role.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
The IT Risk and Control Intermediate Analyst will:
Support the Service And Product Processors Technology teams in the Issue Management process, acting as a contact with the Issue Management team, Drive Issue Management and Safety and Soundness compliance across the area.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Work with teams to ensure that the Issue management process is properly followed and issues are solved as planned.
- Ensure prompt escalation when issues or deviations to plan are identified and drive towards their prompt attention.
- Guide Issue Owners and Stakeholders for accurate issue definition,
effective root cause analysis, project planning that integrates all the work required and all predictable dependencies, and timely resolution avoiding re-targets for closure
- Ensure that Safety and Soundness commitments are timely taken care of.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of experience in Issue Management Standards and Processes.
- Knowledgeable in Technology Policies/Processes/Standards and Governance Frameworks (e,g.
COBIT)
- Knowledgeable in iCAPS (desirable)
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
