The TigerConnect Marketing team is looking for a Web Content Editor to join them.
As a Web Content Editor/CMS Author,
you will be responsible for updating the company website's CMS to author web pages and post new content.
**What You'll Own**:
- Edits/authors web pages, online articles, maintains the blog, and posts announcements to the website according to web and SEO best practices
- Proofreads content to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax
- Update and maintain content across the site using templates and components in CMS
- Participate in QA review to ensure all content across the site is accurate
- Over time, learn to build new components or integrate new widgets and tools
**What You've Accomplished**:
- 1+ years of web content experience - Wordpress ideal
- Expert knowledge of web content best practices
- Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Strong independent project management skills
- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
