**Job Description Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing to collect requirements, assure the development and delivery to production of multiple EUC´s automation and/or digitization projects across Mx Ops Direction.

Job Description**
The MX Ops EUC Remediation Program Manager is a strategic professional who stays abreast of capabilities and contributes to directional strategy.
This is a program lead position responsible for accomplishing results through collaboration across internal and external teams.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables on schedule.
Provides advice and counsel related to the technology and/or operations of the business.
Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define the governance to manage the program
- Stablishes the program charter
- Assures strategic alignment and budget assignment
- Drives EUC´s automation across multiple products and functions
- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day program activities
- Evaluate effectiveness of EUC´s automation/digitization capabilities to strengthen controls, drive process efficiencies, improve customer experience, and reduce operational losses
- Liaises with process owners, SME's and CBORC to identify automation opportunities
- Oversees program to ensure plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents.
- Escalates program risks to the Program Sponsor when appropriate.
- Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.
- Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions.
- Ensures essential procedures are achieved and contributes to defining standards.- **Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of strategic program management experience in finance/banking with strong understanding of core businesses and operational processes
- 5+ proven experience on Finance Operations such as Credit Initiation, Collections, Claims & Disputes, Frauds or other operative functions.
- Detail oriented problem-solver with a commitment to quality and serving our clients
- Collaborate with internal and external parties
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Knowledge in Adobe (PS, IL, FL), SQL & SAS
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree.
- Desirable: master Degree
- Flexibility to adapt to an changing environment and work under certain ambiguity per moments.
