Growing over 100% year-on-year, we are currently carrying out acquisitions that offer lots of personal room for growth and promotion.We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead the management and optimization of our digital advertising initiatives.
With 5-8+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will have expertise in managing high-performance campaigns, optimizing budgets, and leveraging advanced tools to enhance key metrics.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to analyze performance and implement effective strategies that align with our business goals.Role: Full-time remote.
After 24 months of exceptional performance, employees may be eligible for a temporary or permanent intercompany transfer to the USA or Canada, subject to company needs, availability of positions, mutual agreement, and compliance with applicable immigration laws and work authorization requirements.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, including search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns to maximize ROASExecute comprehensive conversion rate optimization through systematic A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user behavior tracking to improve landing page performanceImplement and optimize technical SEO strategies, including site structure optimization, schema markup, and content optimization based on search intentConduct in-depth performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performanceDevelop and maintain tracking systems for all digital marketing initiatives,
ensuring proper attribution and accurate reporting of KPIsLead UI/UX optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data and implementing improvements to increase conversion ratesMonitor and optimize bidding strategies across all paid channels, including automated bidding implementation and optimizationCreate and optimize campaign structure including account organization, keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testingPerform regular technical audits of paid campaigns, landing pages, and website performance metricsGenerate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholdersRequired skills:Paid Advertising Platforms:Advanced Google Ads certification with proven experience in search, display, and shopping campaignsMeta Ads expertise including campaign structure, targeting,
