The role involves taking ownership of a variety of operational and program coordination functions and helping us build the most efficient and scalable operation in alignment with Microsoft's growth strategy for the coming fiscal year.
Keen attention to detail, strong organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to work with data to derive insight and drive process enhancement and change will be key.This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team with a combined group of Inviso veterans as well as new team members, growing your skills and capabilities alongside this exciting new area of the business!Candidates must be eligible to onboard as a Microsoft vendor (v-dash) in a Managed Service.Required Experience4+ years' experience in Program Management/OperationsNative English language or C2 level with strong written and verbal communication skillsData analysis skills, particularly via Excel – basic Power BI capabilities are nice to have but not requiredSelf-direction and a focus on quality,
sense of urgency & ability to prioritize tasks based on business impactProactiveness and commitment to meet deadlinesEffective communication and strong attention to detailAdditional Desirable ExperienceExperience working in the Microsoft ecosystem (as MS FTE, Vendor, or Partner, but familiarity with Microsoft's corporate culture and field organizations is a strong differentiator)Experience in communications and/or marketingExperience with SMB Telesales programs and the surrounding ecosystemFamiliarity with Microsoft's Azure cloud services and offerings, and/or with Microsoft's Modern Workplace & Security offeringsBenefitsInviso is focused on creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported.
