Thus, successfully differentiating Adenza from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.Team and Role OverviewThe purpose of the Customer Delivery Centre is to provide business expertise to support an organization's global or domestic implementation by designing new processes, optimizing current ones,



managing complex implementation projects, and providing user support and training.
We are seeking a Front-Office Consultant to work in a customer-facing role to drive global system implementations.
**Responsibilities**:Work directly with customers to gather, scope, and understand business requirements, and influence them toward our best practice solutionsWork hands-on to design, configure, and test the system to ensure that it meets the business requirements wherever there is a deviation from our out-of-the-box-solutionFollow up with the Client's end-users to validate the solution delivered, achieve signoff, and continue to support various phases such as SIT, UAT, and Migration activities, and move the system toward go-liveIdentify and raise approved core product gaps and follow up through our internal process until delivery.
During the development of enhancements, the Consultant will work with the Product team or Project technical team to iteratively test enhancements to ensure they will meet business requirements Finally,



the Consultant will assist in deployment and validation by the ClientResponsible for training users on the basic use of the system, new functionalitySkills And RequirementsExperience working with a software vendor in a Business Analysis role or as a functional Back office user within the capital markets industryExpertise in the support and/or implementation of Front Office Requirements: detailed hands-on knowledge about industry-standard front office standards for market data management (bootstrapping algorithm), trade capture, pricing (Black-Scholes, Cox-Ross), and risk (Monte Carlo, VAR)Experience writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilitiesWillingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 75%), as requiredStrong proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English (Portuguese is desirable)
