Job DescriptionContribute to seeding the accurate brand message across the global organization, dealerships, media outlets, agencies, etc.
- Ensure that all creative marketing materials adhere to strict brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to gain marketing insights and uncover key consumer insights and competitive opportunities.
- Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns for various GM products including vehicles, accessories, parts, services, etc.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Maintain and update corporate creative content.
- Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.
; CRM, agencies, GM partners, etc.
- Undertake related tasks as assigned.
Position Tasks and Responsibilities Campaign Management: Supervise the creation and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards and branding guidelines.Team Coordination: Lead a team of advertising professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve campaign goals.Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to design and deliver promotional materials.Quality Assurance: Implement processes to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of advertising efforts.Performance Analysis: Support metrics and data analytics processes to measure campaign effectiveness and assess return on investment.Innovation: Recommend new advertising methods and initiatives based on industry trends and competitive intelligenceAdditional Job DescriptionRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Business intelligence, Marketing,
Advertising and Communication, Business Administration, industrial engineering.
-Required experience in similar position: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
-English Level: Advanced.
Knowledge:Advertising Principles: Understanding of advertising theories, practices, and methodologies.Marketing Strategies: Knowledge of marketing principles and how advertising fits into broader marketing strategies.Media Channels: Familiarity with various media channels (digital, print, broadcast) and their effective use in campaigns.Brand Management: Insights into maintaining and enhancing brand identity through advertising.Industry Trends: Awareness of current trends and innovations in the advertising industry.Skills:Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and support.Communication:
