You will challenge the unknown and drive improvement in key areas of our business.Key Job ResponsibilitiesBuilding Labor and Capacity Plans for Transportation operations, developing the network strategy.Monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.Possessing knowledge and experience in transportation operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Finding practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.Defining projects, collecting requirements, designing process and system solutions, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope and schedule,
and analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection while communicating results throughout the organization.Utilizing exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.Helping develop long-term department strategies and significantly influencing cross-company project development and delivery processes and standards.Working with data and technology teams to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
Candidates must be flexible to work overnight shifts and/or weekends if needed.Minimum Requirements3+ years of program or project management experience.3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.Bachelor's degree.Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+).Fluent in Spanish,
both written and verbal.3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.3+ years of driving process improvements experience.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
