All through the collective expertise and dedication of our remote team members spread across 17 countries — and growing!I am looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to join my team.
This role is critical to ensuring that our client projects are well-planned, efficiently managed, and delivered on time.
As a key part of our team, you will work closely with the Ops, Performance Marketing, Design, and Account Management teams to oversee project workflows, maintain ClickUp, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

Jira etcExcellent written and verbal English skillsImmaculate attention to detailProblem-solving skillsTime management skillsHighly organisedEmpathetic, candid and culture-first mindsetReally-nice-to-have's:Extensive ClickUp experience (dashboards, automations, views etc)Digital marketing agency experienceExperience working in a fully remote teamResponsibilities:Create and manage tasks in ClickUp, ensuring clear workflows and accountability.Maintain our Project Dashboard and manage project workflows to keep teams aligned.Collaborate with the other teams and project managers to ensure projects are well-planned and delivered on time.Perform ClickUp maintenance, ensuring it remains organised and up-to-date.Attend Weekly All Hands, Ops Team Calls, and other relevant team meetings.Actively participate in the Ops Team Book Club as part of our learning culture.Additionally,
for a mid-weight role:Greater involvement in the project lifecycle management across multiple clients.Work closely with the Ops Team to deliver patches and small outputs during sprint cycles.Assist with workload management, helping to balance priorities across teams and projects
