****Your key responsabilites**:- Preparation and presentation of balance sheets and Income Statement- Support the month-end financial closing and reporting process- Accrual, accounting journal entries and analysis.- Prepare monthly / quarterly/ Annual journal entries.- Prepare monthly account analyses and account reconciliations.- Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.- Support the month-end financial closing and reporting process- Supporting the FP&A; function and controllers to provide clear visibility of operational performance, planning and strategy execution- Interact with functional areas in various Divisions to support appropriate accounting and financial reporting- Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness- Preparation of Management reports for Leadership supporting the decision making.- Collaboration on preparing financial budget and forecasts.- Support timeliness of reporting as well as compliance with EY standards and policies- Collaboration in Audit and inspections**Requirements**:- Previous experience as an accountant of at least 3 - 4 years- Experience in Big 4 or in GL area is a plus- Graduated Accountant, (master is a plus)- Upper Intermediate English skills- Knowledge of Local Tax is a plus- Advanced Excel skills- SAP (not a must)- Previous experience in a multinational company (not a must)- Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards (is a plus)**Soft skills needed**:- Proactivity- Flexibility- Analytical skills- Critical thinking- Goal driven- Dynamism and ability to work individually and in teams.- Good interpersonal relationship management**We offer**:- Possibility to work in a global team.- Attractive compensation and benefits package.- Home Office per week (to be defined the numbers of days)- Variable bonuses.- Intense training and career development plan.- Private medical coverage- Flexibility and special leave policies.
