Job Title: Web & Graphic Designer
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Web & Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually compelling, conversion-driven website and marketing designs. This role requires a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, as well as direct collaboration with clients to develop logos, branding, and web assets that align with their marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & UX/UI Design:

- Create engaging, user-friendly web page designs in Figma for WordPress sites using Divi Builder
- Apply strong UX/UI principles to optimize designs for user engagement and conversions
- Stay updated on design trends and technical advancements in digital marketing

Project Management & Communication:

- Utilize company project management tools to track progress and manage outstanding tasks




- Provide regular project updates and set clear expectations for completion timelines
- Collaborate with the Web Project Manager to streamline design workflows
- Work directly with clients to develop logos, branding, and website designs
- Effectively interpret client feedback and translate it into high-quality design solutions

Graphic & Marketing Design:

- Develop multiple logo concepts based on client goals and feedback
- Create visually striking marketing graphics optimized for different platforms (social media, ads, web)
- Understand various digital advertising platforms (Google, Microsoft, Facebook) and their image specifications
- (Bonus) Ability to create GIFs and motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns

Areas of Accountability:

- Client engagement: Productive design calls that leave clients excited about the process
- Efficiency: Quick turnaround on website, logo, and marketing designs




- Documentation: Maintain organized records of all design projects for seamless collaboration

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

- Experience designing WordPress websites in Figma
- Strong logo design with branding experience
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for usability and conversion optimization
- Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and user engagement strategies
- Ability to interpret client requests and feedback effectively

Nice-to-Haves:

- Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google, Microsoft, Facebook) and image requirements
- WordPress administrative experience
- Experience with motion graphics, GIF creation, or interactive design
