**What you'll do?
**
- Each solution architect from the resource pool established will be expected to perform the following activities within assigned projects:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities, and define solution architecture requirements.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and evaluate the suitability of various technology options to meet business requirements.
- Develop solution architecture that aligns with business goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with the existing set of frameworks,
policies, and standards.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, which includes architectural patterns, frameworks, standards, and guidelines.
- Present the proposed solutions at architecture review forums for approval.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to the established solution architecture plans and frameworks.
- Conduct as-designed vs as-built deviation assessments.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project manager or sponsor.
- Each solution architect from the pool established will produce the following documents for each assigned project:
- A detailed-level design document (DLD) of solution architecture.
This document builds upon HLD with detailed diagrams, component specifications, and requirements.
- Narrative presentations in addition design documents to complete stage gate reviews.
- In spirit of continuous improvement, solution architects from the pool established are expected to contribute to the development of "Client" Solution Architecture practice:
- All documentation is expected to comply with "client" standards and industry best practices.
- Suggestions to improve document templates or processes.
- Suggestions to improve standards, architecture patterns.
- Documentation on new standards and repeatable architecture patterns.
