**Job Description**:
AECOM México busca un Director de Transporte Masivo para apoyar al área de Transportation LATAM.
El función del Director de Transporte Masivo implica proporcionar una gestión técnica eficaz:
- Desempeñar un papel técnico "práctico" al proporcionar asesoramiento de alto nível a los clientes y equipos de diseño multidisciplinarios para asegurar diseños innovadores apropiados que puedan diseñarse de manera efectiva.
- Supervisar el proceso de análisis e informes del equipo, incluido el modelado de tráfico de microsimulación cuando corresponda.
- Asegurar la entrega de resultados a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
- Mejorar continuamente el desempeño técnico del equipo de transporte.
- Desarrollar y expandir la base de clientes actual en la región de LATAM: este es un requisito clave para este puesto y se requerirá experiência previa demostrable
**Qualifications**:
Requisitos mínimos:
- Ingeniero Civil o afín
- + 10 años de experiência
- Proyectos de transporte de gran escala
- Ingles avanzado
Experiência:
- Desarrollo de ofertas de servicios por parte del equipo de transporte.
- Gestión y desarrollo comercial que requerirán que del Director de Transporte;
- Administrar e informar sobre el desempeño financiero del equipo.
- Planes de negocios estratégicos/operativos.
