**The opportunity**
We are looking for a Senior Visualization Developer to support our client as part of their Data Products & Reporting team within the larger Commercial Analytics organization.
This role will be part of a multi-functional agile squad responsible for maximizing predictive analytics and optimization to enhance decision making across our global supply chain.
This role will be leader for visualization standards, strategy, tool assessment, and training across squads.
Your key responsibilities

You will be part of a multi-functional agile squad responsible for driving scalable data architecture, delivering thoughtful data products that answer business questions, and maximizing analytics return on investment.
You will work with individuals and teams throughout Nike's business to ask big questions and develop bigger solutions.
In this role you will transform complex business problems into insightful visuals which can be quickly interpreted and actioned on.

- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data sets
- Ability to clean and integrate data from a variety of sources
To qualify for the role you must have
- BA/BS degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, marketing, business or related disciplines
- Strong experience in leveraging data visualization and dashboarding techniques to make complex data more accessible, understandable and usable to drive business decisions and outcomes
- Ability to work independently requiring mínimal direction, execute large projects following established guidelines/procedures and take initiative to explore and solve problems
- Strong process orientation and project management skills to manage multiple project streams
- Significant experience analyzing large online and offline datasets
- Beginner to intermediate SQL skills
- Intermediate to advanced Tableau skills
- Capable of delivering contextual, thoughtfully presented, visual output
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong ability to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clear insights
- Expert at sifting through data, identifying critical information, analyzing, developing hypotheses and making recommendations
- Experience with presenting and communicating analysis results to technical and non-technical stakeholders in both written and verbal form
- Fluent in English
