**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Job Summary**:
The Customer Service Coordinator ensures that our customers' orders are processed appropriately.
They monitor the progress of the order from intake through delivery and may participate in customer follow-up communications to determine quality of product and services provided.
Professionalism, follow through, and attention to details are critical skills for this role.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Receive and process orders for the organization
- Enter orders and associated information, such as names, addresses, and billing information, into a database
- Provide order confirmations to customers
- Contact appropriate parties to clarify orders and obtain additional information
- Verify order information for accuracy and completeness
- May respond to customer complaints
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Customer Service area
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fully bilingual English-Spanish
- Strong organizational and communication skills and proven computer skills
- Demonstrated time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with ERP systems and the manufacturing environment preferred
