You will have the opportunity to work in a close-knit team that mixes digital channels' deep understanding with Food and Mobility business operational alignment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across digital acquisition channels for supporting different businesses at DiDi.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis for international markets.
- Works within international teams across different areas such as Operations, Strategy, and Marketing, among others.
- Full ownership of projects.
Role Qualifications:
- Engineer, Economics, or any related degree with strong statistics and quantitative background (5th to 7th semester).
- Proactive and hands-on individual, felling comfortable taking ownership of daily activities.
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
- Advanced excel and powerpoint skills are essential.
- R, Python, SQL knowledge is recommended.
- High proficiency in English.
