**Job Description**:
**Main Objective**

Design and deploy the quality strategy of the department through quality tools, processes and procedures to ensure the quality of our products

**What challenges will you have?
**
- Provide support to manufacturing areas in order to coordinate measurement system analysis (MSA´s).
- Oversee compliance of R&R; studies on measuring systems.




- Ensure first level 14Q audits are met.
- Deploy strategies for follow ups on failure or quality claims on components of other Bosch plants and of external suppliers (CKD).
- Guarantee PPAP for components of other Bosch sites (CKD).
- Plan the logistic to carry out shipment audits on finished products.
- Establish a problem solving and analysis strategy to clear out process failures.
- Verify that the Control Plan is up to date.
- Ensure closure on internal claims (QIS) / and supplier issues.
- Confirm the active contribution of the team on MFQs at Line Walks.
**Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?
**
- Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Quality Specialist, Sr. Quality Engineer, Quality Manager/Coordinator, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer.
- Advanced English level

**Technical Knowledge**
- Quality Tools (SPC, Cpk, R&R;)
- Core Tools (FMEA, CP, CSR, APQP, MSA)
- Lean manufacturing
- Problem Solving
- TPM
- Knowledge on ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001




- Knowledge on ISO9001 and IATF6949
- SAP
- Power BI
- Six Sigma
