**Responsibilities**

**The Opportunity**

Lead the discussion on Horizon 2 and 3 for Latam digital transformation initiatives.. Design, develop and support digital solutions including analytics, visualization, AI/ML, RPA and Data Engineering for defined portfolio.




Develop multi-year capability roadmaps (PSP) and budget follow up and alignment(AOP).
**Your Impact**

As The Transf Sr Manager your scope will consist of:
**Responsible** (Fulfills the task independently)
- **Designs, develops, & supports **data and digital solutions in data engineering, analytics, visualization, AI/ML, RPA, Web
- ** Provide governance and technical leadership** to ensure Product Teams are effectively developing solutions on global platforms
- **Develops strategic business capability roadmaps** with business partners to drive growth and productivity, ensuring technology solutions are deliverable and align to PepsiCo's architecture standards.
- ** Builds strong relationships with business partners** ensuring business plans are aligned among the different functions




- ** Delivers portfolio of initiatives** using DevOps model and Agile techniques, providing leadership and acting as a change agent so that new technologies are adopted and business benefits are realized.
**Accountable** (Fulfills the task by coordinating others efforts)
- **Ensures initiatives alignment to Latam strategy program deployment** and risk management.
**Consultant** (Advises on the task)
- **Advises and evangelizes on use of technology** including advanced Digital technologies such as AI.
- ** Engages in project prioritization** within overall business portfolio during PSP, AOP and TOC processes.
**Informed** (Is advised on the task)
- **Stays up to date on industry trends** in business and technology
- ** Gathers information on competitor and other industry** in order to benchmark and improve performance

- Degree level education

- Subject matter expertise in the area of functional responsibility
