**The Team**
The Investment and Corporate Banking Deal Services team in the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB)
partners closely with external and internal stakeholders, including clients and client legal counsels, bankers and deal team leads, credit, legal, compliance and business management to provide efficient and timely support with the execution of live deals.
As a member of the team, your goal will be to assist Corporate and Investment Banking Front Office teams by providing consistent, high quality deal support and client service.
**Role Description**
Act as the primary operations relationship management partner for Corporate Banking Product and Coverage teams:
- Execution and oversight of Investment Banking transactions across Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Lending
- Quarterbacking key milestones in the deal lifecycle: creating deal folders, managing the conflicts submission process, sanctions screening,
conducting Counterparty Due Diligence, Environmental and Social Risk Assessment, and client due diligence/Know Your Client processes etc..
- Partnering with the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) Client Office, Bankers and Compliance teams to assess documentation requirements for new client legal entity on-boarding and new business implementation
- Assisting in audit / regulatory reviews, controls issue resolution and reporting
- Assist in the execution of strategic projects and process improvements
- Deploy solutions to improve client experience - e.g., use of data & analytics to evaluate and quantify Client Experience
