Key Responsabilities:
- Continuously generating and qualifying leads by actively contacting prospects to assess needs/requirements and identify business potential.
- Nurture warm prospects in our value proposition and engage the sales team in the next steps to close.
- Lead and enhance the lead-generation process to guarantee the New Business quota for the Corporate division.
- Work with the Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders to design the strategic approach to different client segments.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of complex commercial strategies for key accounts.
- Keep CRM up to date for weekly follow-up sessions.
- Report on the progress of lead generation and new business metrics at Sales meetings and to Stakeholders.
What are we looking for:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree or Engineering (Administrative/Economics, Marketing Carrers)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, pre-sales, at consultative selling industries (IT, Data Management, Finance, Fintechs, Platforms) or service sales.
- Advance English level.
- CRM Management (Salesforce desirable).
- Proactive, highly resilient, and self-motivated person.
