The EHS Content Developer
- Monitoring Analyst assists the ERM Libryo Content Team in the Latin American pod for further content development; including monitoring, analysing and processing regulations primarily in the areas of environmental and health and safety.
Amongst other things, you are required to:
- Conduct research into regulatory law in Latin American countries and others from time to time and depending on business needs.
- Monitor several sources of law for relevant regulatory developments.
- Assist in identifying relevant statutory instruments and applicable titles and sections.
- Collaborate with the Content Director and other Content Developers in the Latin American team.
- Any other reasonable task.
This is you
- You have relevant qualifications and experience: You may have studied law or you are a top tier EHS compliance professional, but you have at least 4 years of experience in regulatory analysis in the EHS domain.
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- You have experience working with legislation (you know your Acts from your regulations, and your preambles from your sections).
- You work well under pressure and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- You're a self-starter with initiative - we have a remote first working policy and we won't be looking over your shoulder.

Who you'll report to: You'll report to the ERM Libryo EHS Global Regulatory Monitoring Team Lead and Legal Sourcing Analyst.
Location: ERM Libryo has a remote-first working policy and you will be affiliated to your nearest ERM office.
