**Objective**: We are requesting the allocation of an IT Specialist/Analyst to support our Salesforce platform.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce system to meet organizational needs and objectives.- ** Position**: IT Specialist/Analyst- ** Primary Responsibility**: To provide comprehensive support for Salesforce, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, user support,
and customization.- ** Key Duties**:- Administer and manage the Salesforce platform.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce.- Provide user support and training for Salesforce functionalities.- Customize Salesforce to align with business processes.- Develop and implement workflows, custom objects, fields, and reports.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill Salesforce-related requirements.- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.- ** Qualifications: +5 years**- Proven experience as an IT Specialist/Analyst with a focus on Salesforce support.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, customization, and implementation.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Relevant certifications in Salesforce (preferred).
