You will report directly to the C-level executive responsible for M&A; in the company.Important: Please only apply if you are located or you are ok to relocate to Mexico and you have 8-10 years of M&A; experience.Key information:Years of experience: 8-10 years.Experience: Working in Corporate Development, M&A;, PE or IB is a must.
M&A; experience in the US market is a strong plus.Post Merger Activities:
Experience with M&A; integration is a strong plus.TMT Industry: Experience in the TMT industry is a plus.Languages: Must be fluent in Spanish and in English.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is preferable.Compensation: Competitive Compensation.Key job activities include:Contribute to the overall inorganic growth strategy in the Americas (focus on growth/developing markets in region).Identifying/sourcing new targets, conducting valuations and financial analyses.Presenting and making the case for key opportunities to the company C-level team, including preparing/presenting the investment memorandum for advanced stage opportunities.Lead all deal making stages, including negotiations, LOI signature, due diligence, purchase agreement.Helping with post-transaction activities, including company integration.This is not a big M&A; team, but it is very strategic since inorganic growth accounts for more than 50% of the projected growth of the company.
Therefore, we need a self-starter and senior enough to be able to source and execute complex transactions end to end.
