**What you'll do**:**Position title**:SAP Mexico Intern - Learning Compliance Officer**Location**:Mexico City, Mexico**Schedule**:30 HR/week**Contract Duration**: 18 Months**Expected start date**: Dec 2024/Jan2025**In this role, you'll**:- Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global Company- Support with record management efforts regarding training statistics- Assist in the design and establishment of new and updated courses that translates into learning how courses are developed and managed- Coordinate monthly metrics and prepare management dashboard reports- Assist with projects,



research and managing data- Opportunity to influence new courses- Development of knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Analytics Bridge- Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team**What you bring**:We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
You like to work on meaningfulinnovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.- Must be a current University student- Fluent in English and an additional language preferred but not essential- Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative- Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task- Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support- Quality driven with excellent attention to detail- Strong written and oral communications skills- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel,
