Team growth will be tied to results and measurable success.What You'll Achieve in Your First YearMerchant Acquisition: Boost sign-ups via cutting-edge digital campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO, and referrals.Retention Leadership: Elevate customer lifetime value by integrating cross-selling and reducing churn.End-to-End Funnel Management: Optimize the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention using data-driven strategies.Scalable Operations: Drive efficiencies in campaign execution and operational frameworks across seven countries.Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L;, ensuring sustainable growth while achieving financial KPIs.Your Day-to-DayDesign and execute data-driven strategies to expand and diversify the merchant base,
