Job DescriptionResponsible for managing the company's commercial rebate while also actively supporting electronic invoicing (CFDI) operations.
Provide additional support to the controlling team in month-end closing activities and internal and external audits.
Attend requests related to price differences and issue respective credit notes.CFDI Electronic Invoicing main point of contact for Taxes.
Provide service to all departments in the sales company regarding CFDI doubts.Perform audits to ensure there is good management of invoice stamping.Follow up on tickets and provide support to the external PAC provider as needed.Calculate payments for customer bonuses (monthly, quarterly,
and yearly).Request credit note requests for payment of bonuses to customers and issue respective credit notes.Upload and modify rebates for new and existing customers.Upload annual commercial policy rebates into SAP.Review and analyze all rebates and ensure the correct accruing amounts and percentages.Resolve all external/internal audit requests related to rebates managed by Controlling.Support LKUs and CKUs in any project related to the improvement or change of the Rebate Monitor in SAP.Provide Balance Sheet Forecast each month-end closing for rebate-related accounts.Evaluate each year the amount to be reversed and create the corresponding journal entry.Create, submit, and explain the Rebate file to the Business Area in Fort Mill, United States.Main point of contact for external auditors, providing support and guidance to ensure a successful outcome in all evaluations.Provide support for profitability analysis calculations and analysis to all Business Units.Petty Cash Management.Support Controlling with the month-end closing reporting package.Support Controlling in additional month-end closing tasks such as journal entries or SAP checks and reconciliations.Additional InformationAt Continental, we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.A minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in Controlling, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting is highly recommended.Basic knowledge of data analytics and proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, SAP, and Excel Power tools.Understanding of finance fundamentals, IFRS rules, and local accounting standards.Understanding of financial forecasting and budgeting processes as well as variance analysis.Analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail desired.Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively across different departments.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively.English proficiency highly preferred.Willingness to adapt to dynamic work environments and collaborate with different teams.Company DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
