Associate Marketing Hematology**:**What you will do**:Let's do this.
Let's change the world.
In this vital role you will play a crucial role in the success of our brands, and you will be an important teammate in the Hematology Franchise.- Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)- Complement & implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan.- Designs and implements promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.)
in line with international branding and key messages.- Implements international brand campaign locally.- Analyses market research and develops POA.- Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (clinical messages, continuous Medical Education events, KOL development, etc.
)- Recruits and handles external vendors.- Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.- Coordinate regular launch team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members.- Work with the team to develop sales and partner training and any additional materials and information vital to aid the Sales teams in optimally.
**Outputs**:- Brand DOE budget.- Support in country brand plans.- Sales support tools & presentations.- Promotional campaign.- Marketing events.- Brand Performance.- Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews.

**Basic Qualifications**:- Master's degree OR- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of similar position in an international environment OR- Associate's degree and 6 years of similar position in an international environment OR- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of similar position in an international environment.- Fluency in English, both oral and written communications.
**Preferred Qualifications**:- Minimum 1 years in a pharmaceutical company.- Applies project management, analytical, communication and presentation skills.- Demonstrates commercial drive and networking, flexibility and helicopter-view capabilities.- Examines and understands issues from multiple perspectives or points of view, readily sees inter-relationships and cause and effect relationships; takes a detailed approach to optimally resolving all issues
