Regional Manager, Total Rewards - LATAM

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and market trends.
- Support transformation initiatives related to total rewards, ensuring they are data-driven, agile, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and local leadership to align total rewards approaches and processes with the HR operating model and market best practices.
- Execute multi-year plans that support total rewards transformation efforts across HR and the broader business.
- Develop and deliver clear and concise communications regarding program changes.
- Educate HRBPs, managers, and employees on policies, guidelines, and program updates.

- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies.




- Benchmark programs against industry peers to ensure competitiveness and adjust as necessary.
- Leverage knowledge of regional cultural and economic trends for LATAM to tailor Total Rewards strategies for the Latin American market.
- Lead communication efforts around changes to total rewards programs
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Partner with key vendors on benefits programs to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Assist in the administration and communication of employee wellbeing and benefits initiatives, including supporting the annual benefit renewal process and reviewing plan options.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to guide decision-making and assess program effectiveness

Who are you:

- You are a strategic thinker,



skilled at evaluating risks and benefits to make informed decisions. You have a passion for process improvement, whether through small enhancements or large-scale transformation. You leverage relationships across teams to share insights and gather feedback. You are an effective communicator who can present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders, whether in one-on-one discussions, group settings, or board-level meetings.

Location:

- This role is ideally based in Mexico but offers hybrid/flexible work options. Candidates should be open to regular travel to company locations in the US and LATAM, (approximately 20% of time)

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in total rewards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools.

Optional Requirements:

- Experience in a large, global company or in total rewards consulting.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
