Join the Delivery (Couriers) Strategy and Planning Team and play a key role in driving success at one of the fastest-growing companies in Latam. In this data-driven role, you will contribute to defining and executing business strategy and key projects while analyzing performance and implementing scalable solutions.
We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills who can deeply analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, generate key insights, design and implement initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop impactful strategies.

In this role,
you'll be...Defining and monitoring the right objectives and KPIs for the success of the teams and the overall business.Having an active participation in the operational strategy and execution for the delivery team for the region (MX, CO, CR, PE).Extracting, manipulating and analyzing key metrics that contribute to a superior courier experience on our platform and developing strategies to capitalize on those insights.Developing dashboards and monitoring tools to enhance team visibility and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Designing and implementing initiatives in collaboration with teams such as Growth, Marketplace, and Product to enhance user experience, drive key business metrics, and improve performance indicators, while effectively managing stakeholders.Working closely with the Product team to design, develop, and improve the app functionality.We're eager to be in touch because you have...Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Actuary,
or any related bachelor's degree.+3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, consumer goods, strategy, other apps, or internet services with a passion for driving changes.Expert in building models and analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced SQL and Python skills required.Proven hands-on mentality, self-motivated, not scared of navigating ambiguity and self-directed: feeling comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and high level.Passionate about solving complex problems, with strong problem-solving skills that leverage data-driven thinking to analyze issues from multiple perspectives, uncover insights, and craft solutions in ambiguous environments.Attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging,
