RESPONSIBILITIES- Gather and analyze requirements, ensuring clear understanding across the team- Establish a new Scrum team and define software development best practices- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives- Ensure high code quality by enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive development environment- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to align technical solutions with business goals**REQUIREMENTS**:- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development- Strong expertise in Next.Js, ReactJS,
