**PENTAFON CONTACT CENTER & BPO****Latin American company specialized in company/client relations through Contact Center Operations**Request:- **PROJECT MANAGER****Job objective**:- Plan, manage and lead the project implementation area.
**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering or related career (Degree)- Experience: 2 years in similar positions- Advanced English (Level C1)**Skills**:- Analysis capacity- Effective communication- Organized- Sense of urgency**Knowledge**:- Microsoft Office- Power BI- MS Project- Team work cordination- Management software- Project management- Time management**Functions**:- Schedule meetings and record minutes,
breaking down the final deliverable into tasks and deadlines (Gantt chart)- Create, implement and update workflows (project schedule)- Manage and track assignments, monitor progress, and maintain- Communication with the project team.- Prepare plans, risk analysis and project resource management.- Investigate the unsatisfied needs and desires of customers to assess whether it is possible to compete in the market.
