Primary Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute Strategies: Lead integrated strategies spanning product marketing, lead generation, and demand generation.
2. Refine Brand Positioning: Build a compelling brand story to stand out in the behavioral health space.
3. Go-to-Market Planning: Partner with product and sales teams to craft impactful customer and product marketing plans.
4. Drive ABM Campaigns: Design and execute ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts.
5. Optimize Campaign Performance: Use data to track, analyze, and improve ROI across all channels.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Content Development: Oversee creation of impactful assets like case studies and webinars.
2. Retention Marketing: Design campaigns to drive customer loyalty and upsell opportunities.
3. Partnership Marketing: Build co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
4. Hands-On Execution:
Manage tasks such as email campaigns and social media as needed.
Experience
1. Proven Expertise: 8+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in leadership, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech.
2. Broad Skillset: Success in product marketing, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation.
3. Hands-On Skills: Comfortable executing campaigns across multiple channels.
4. Analytical Proficiency: Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track and optimize performance.
5. Team Leadership: Experience building small teams and working with external vendors.
6. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with behavioral health or related markets is a plus.
