EMPRESA DE LENTES DE LUJO BUSCA = **Market specialist =****Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**)**:- Responsible for planning, logistics, campaign execution and activations in POS nationwide.- Negotiation with store managers to guarantee the best visibility of the product in POS.- Work with sales associates in derpatment store to maximize sellout and end cosumer experience with Thelios brand's portfolio.- Execute trunk shows based on the makerting plan.- Work closely with the Key account Manager and marketing team to maximinse the resources and increase the sellout instore.- Enforce the POP guidelines in POS and the proper use of the material.- Point of purchase materials management; inventory tracking.- Deliver brand trainings to Department stores and key account sales asociates, sharing brand vision and value proposition.- Track results of all market activities, including sellout, inventory and reassorment.
**Supervision Received**:Qualifications & Skills:**REQUIRED**:- +2 years of proven marketing experience- Relevant industry experience (Eyewear, Accessories and/or Apparel, Fashion, Luxury)- Experiences in highly competitive, brand sensitive, service-oriented markets- Proven ability to execute outstanding market activites executions- Ability to work within fast growing environments and work independently, yet a recognized team player- Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and communication skills- Positive can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative on new projects and a priority to support the team and jump in wherever needed- Proactive, out of the box thinker, energetic with a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of integrity- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with outstanding presentation skills- Good computer skills (MS Office), excellent excel and PowerPoint is required; - Capable of working andleading multiple projects with tight deadlines- Standing, walking, moving for min.
of 6 to 8 hours daily.
