The Splenda Shopper Marketing Manager JR Mexico is responsible for:

- Be #1 Brand Sponsor: Educating and clearly communicating the brand mission and strategy to all stakeholders/team members/distributors/customers and agencies we work with in the region.
- Supervising execution of consumer promotions while recommending local activity to increase engagement.




- Responsible for implementing all the marketing plan activities on time and flawlessly working together with distributors and customers.
- Responsible for understanding and measuring all the monthly KPIs with the distributor (Share of market/Sell in/Sell through/Sell out/Promotional ROI/Distribution/Price) and also have a competitive activities review in place.
- Responsible for creating strong action plans based on monthly brand performance and working with customers to improve or boost brand performance.
- Collates and provides portfolio analysis and analytics.
- Responsible for creating and implementing Brand Activities focused on generating Sell out.

Requirements:

- Uses in-depth skills in drawing shopper insights and analyzing existing data to identify synergies between customer priorities and brand strategies.
- Uses skills in linking the marketplace and competitive learnings to create new business opportunities and anticipate business threats.
- Develop and deploy the portfolio and channel strategy in our customers and partners, to beat the sales forecast and gain share week over week in the Category.




- Encourage others with a sharp understanding of our customer, channel way of working and market and consumer trends in order to develop a winning channel and customer strategy.
- Understands how packaging/in-store displays drive growth and innovation in product communication and structure, enhancing the consumer experience to build brand equity and/or competitive advantage.
- Guarantee that all joined up Customer plans have brilliant strategies and actions to be developed with each of the Retail customers.
- Exhibits expertise in understanding different audiences, synthesizing the message quickly, and tailoring communication based on the audience to effectively sell strategic stories.
- Development plans and drive brilliant execution across Retail Customers & partners.
- Travel 50% of the time.

Experience:





- BA/BS in Marketing or a business-related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of trade marketing (Retail Channel)/Category Management/Retail Sales experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods environment is required.
- Food Category experience preferred.
- Experience in Omnichannel strategy: Retail, Pharma, Clubs, Traditional Trade, Ecommerce.
- Clear, focused, synthesized and persuasive communication across all team members/customers and agencies.
- Full organization skills, to manage several activities at the same time running in the different market.
- Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams.
- Auto-discipline and self-motivation. Ability to lead teams remotely to get the job done.
- Fast and proactive person, always thinking on how to grow the business and stay focused on the priority.




- High level of ethical behavior at all moments.
- Advanced management of Excel and PowerPoint (Macros, graphics).
